If directly discharged,It would pollute the environment ; and the biochemical treatment process is more difficult to deal with. Although these ions are essential nutrients for microbial growth, they play an important role in promoting enzymatic reaction, maintaining membrane balance and regulating osmotic pressure in the process of microbial growth, but if the concentration of these ions is too high, they will inhibit and poison microorganisms. High salt concentration, high osmotic pressure and microbial cell dehydration in high-salt wastewater cause cell protoplasm separation; salting-out reduces dehydrogenase activity; high chloride ion is toxic to bacteria; high salt concentration and increased density of wastewater make activated sludge easy to float and drain, thus seriously affecting the purification effect of biological treatment system.High Salt Water Sources:High Salt Wastewater from Chemical Production Process

Evaporator Technology: It means that the pressure * Volume / temperature of a gas of a certain mass is constant, which means that when the volume of the gas decreases and the pressure increases, the temperature of the gas will also rise.; According to this principle, when the thin secondary steam is compressed by volume, its temperature will rise accordingly, so that the low-temperature and low-pressure steam can be transformed into high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and then it can be used as a heat source to reheat the raw liquid which needs to be evaporated again, so as to achieve the purpose of recycling and utilizing steam.Because the compression of this volume is achieved by mechanical compressor, it is called MVR.

MVR technology can compress and reuse secondary steam which needs condensation to replace fresh steam.
