Multi-Effect Falling Film Vacuum Evaporator for Milk, Dairy Products
Main Principles:MVR evaporator uses the secondary steam generated in the evaporator to be compressed by compressor, the pressure increased, the enthalpy increased, and then it enters the heat exchanger to condense, so as to make full use of the latent heat of the steam. In addition to the start-up operation, the whole evaporation process does not need the primary steam in theory, so that the original waste steam is fully utilized, the potential is recovered and the thermal efficiency is improved. Economic efficiency is equivalent to 30 effects of multi-effect evaporation.System component:The automatic system consists of heater, separator, compressor, vacuum pump, circulation pump, operation platform, electrical instrument control cabinet and valve, pipeline system, etc.Main features of MVR evaporator system:MVR energy-saving evaporator technology is the most advanced evaporator technology in the world at present. It only needs a very small amount of steam and(a small amount of primary steam is needed when starting up, and almost no steam is needed in normal operation). It greatly reduces the operation cost of enterprises and reduces environmental pollution.Compared with the traditional evaporator, the temperature difference between the compressor and the traditional evaporator is much smaller, which can reach the mild evaporation, greatly improve product quality and reduce scaling.No condenser or only a small condenser needed, the structure and process is very simple, fully automatic operation, continuous operation, safe and reliable.CIP cleaning pipeline is built in the equipment, which can realize in-site cleaning. The whole equipment is easy to operate, no dead angle, high degree of automation and smooth operation.The evaporator is evaporated by the material at low temperature (evaporation temperature 50ºC-95ºC) and is not easy to generate foam. The evaporator is uniform, no material running, no coking, and the smallest deformation of the material.Although the initial investment quota is relatively high, the return on most projects is generally 1.5 to 2 years, with a maximum of no more than 3 years.Evaporating a ton of water consumes 23-70 kw.h of electricity.The following points should be paid attention to in the design and selection of MVR:MVR steam compressor is roots compressor, single-stage high-speed centrifugal compressor and single-stage low-speed centrifugal fan compressor.
