<1>Introduction of MVR
1. MVR Evaporator technology is one of the most advanced international evaporator technology which requires only a very small amount of steam (when start up, need a small amount of steam,adding a small amoung during normal operation, ), greatly reduce manufacturing costs

<2.Features of MVR
Advantages of MVR compared with multi-effect evaporator:
1.Low energy consumption, low operation expense, After starting, the equipment only needs steam and add small amount of steam during normal running
2. save 90% cooled water;
3.the occupation scale of equipment is compact
steady operation, high automation;
5. use cleaning source, no any pollution;
6.it doesn't belong to pressure vessel scale, so it doesn't need supervising and with high security;
7.the system equips with CIP cleaning tubes, meets the standard of GMP
<3>Application:
The machine can widely used in the concentration of the glucose, starch sugar, oligose, maltose, sorbierite, milk, juice, vitamin C, maltodextrin and other aqueous solution. And also widely used in liquid waste disposal such as industry field of gourmet powder, alcohol and fishmeal.
Its outstanding advantage lies in the point that it can fulfill the continuous operation and low temperature evaporation. It saves energy and time with low loss and maximize remain the material's color, fragrance and favor. It can satisfy the continuous production requirements. This product is mainly used in the industries such as food, Chinese and Western pharmaceutical, biochemical pharmaceutical, further processing of agricultural and auxiliary products, health drinks, juice, fine chemical, light industry, PRO-environment etc.
The MVC evaporator series (three effect falling film evaporator) allowed arranging special process flow according to different feature of material. It can also designed according to customer's special requirement.
<4>Working theory:
For a forced circulation evaporator, raw liquid is being pumped from the bottom cone of the vapor body through the tubes of the heat exchanger, where heat is added, and back into the vapor body where evaporation occurs.
Sufficient liquid height (submergence) is maintained above the liquor inlet on the vapor body and above the heat exchanger tubes to suppress mass boiling in the inlet and prevent boiling at the tube surface. This is necessary to prevent precipitation in the tubes which would lead to fouling of the heat transfer surface.
A high circulation rate is provided for adequate tube velocity to achieve good heat transfer. Therefore, lower temperature rises are assured which minimize supersaturation of the solution. The circulating pump is usually of the axial-flow, single-elbow design, well suited for the high flow rates and low pressure drops in Senon-designed circulating systems. These heavy duty pumps operate at low speeds, which minimize erosion and reduce maintenance.
